Do not aspire to work on an absolute maximum: right now to you get accustomed both colleagues, and the heads. Do not aspire to prove at once to everything, that you the invaluable employee, simply do the business.
At last, be cautious with the innovative offers: on the one hand, them, probably, wait, but with another, try, that they were not too radical and proved.
And the most important thing – do not forget, that not only the company "tests" you, but also you should estimate, whether really you would like to work here further or it is necessary to think of other work.
