Problems at working women arise that the majority of them, especially before the beginning of the labour activity, cannot solve for itself two questions: whether they wish to work to have money or to do career; whether they in a professional life should show the feminity?

Some of them have already shown the business qualities, beginning as the secretary, have reached a post of the head of an average link and have reached by this time 30-35-летнего age. Others have not made any career more often, and assiduously and faithfully worked on a post of the secretary or the clerk. So, we have two groups of working women.
The first group includes women who irrespective of the desire or abilities have not made any career. The majority of them at the age of 25-30 years have married, however continued to work. They are those women who strictly divide the trade and private life. It means all, that they live a superintense double life: on work they do not wish to admit bad words about and work sometimes to exhaustion. Houses they should care of children and serve the spouse. If the woman happily works more than 20 years in firm and in the meantime reaches that age in which birthdays then the situation again varies already officially are not celebrated: Children have grown and have left the house, the matrimonial life has turned to insignificant ritual and on work continuous routine because it knows for a long time already all professional duties by heart. If the man does not earn so much that it was possible to support a corresponding standard of life, the wife continues to work about 15 years. The chief is happy with that has the reliable worker, however holds it on "a short chain", especially in financial questions. Women of the second group have promoted. In ten years of work they have reached posts of heads of departments, them respect. They were a little cold, also some of them strictly put on perceived even as insult if the man did by it on work compliments, noticing as well it looks. «Хеннинг and Жардэн» have polled women aged about 45 years and have found out, that many have made of them for themselves shocking opening: it became unexpected it clearly, that as women all of them have missed in a life. They do not have either the husband, or children, home life and in general their life is a life without emotional splashes, a life of "a sexless working bee". Whether So should be? Whether the meaning of the life consists in it?
25 women, participants of research, to this experience have concerned equally: they have established to themselves the moratorium on career, steels not such active in work and for the first time within almost one year reflected on the life. This thought process has led to their identical result: they have decided henceforth "to be women" and to behave in appropriate way. They - for the first time in the life! - recognised itself as women and were radically reconstructed.
15 from 25 interrogated have married, many for men who at least for 10 years were more senior them. And all it that though and with delay, but nevertheless to live home life. The others 10 participants of research remained in loneliness. However 25 interrogated beauty salons began to visit all, to use cosmetics, it is fashionable and is underlined is womanly to put on. Thanks to it their communication abilities have improved, they have started to like the environment more. And all men from their professional environment have with confidence declared: "Such you like us more!"
Consequences of this change professionally were surprising. Step by step these women have started to delegate the powers another and to develop decisions together with those men who were in their submission. They have ceased to care of each trifle that has given the chance to continue systematically the career to firm management level! From the experts aimed at success they have turned to heads. It was promoted by that they could confirm themselves as women and to find the individuality.
That it was possible to woman to be simultaneously good worker and the attractive woman, her spouse should incur a certain share of loading in education of children and housekeeping conducting. It is impossible to deprive of its chance of self-realisation according to its own representations. It can be perfectly promoted by work (including and aspiration to promote) or study. To represent a matrimonial life as true partnership in which the man in a sense plays a role "the house owner", it is possible to consider more and more frequent attempts as encouraging sign. Emancipation problems can be solved only joint efforts of men and women!
