The woman always lives emotions, and on work it is shown far not always from the best party. For example, it has come for work with certain mood, angry, tired is is often splashed out on the subordinates, all affairs this day are considered through a prism of this mood.
Besides, women-heads always have favourites, of course, it happens it is peculiar also to men-chiefs, but to a lesser degree, and selection occurs differently. At the woman all depends on the one who can listen to her and that speaks to it. The woman remains the woman: she always wishes to be best, in all. Therefore she perceives criticism is worse, than men, forgives failures and miscalculations more hard.
The woman holds blow more difficultly, breaks faster, than the man. If there are problems, she starts to be nervous and behave inconsistently, that often leads to position aggravation.
However the female emotionality simultaneously is also advantage, advantage of the head. The woman is more thin feels nuances of mutual relations with subordinates and a management. It allows to understand better possibility of each employee, to smooth possible conflicts in collective and with a management. To men, unlike women, it is difficult to reduce a distance with subordinates.

The most important advantage of the woman is, undoubtedly, flexibility. Besides, as a rule, women-heads are more aimed at result, than men, they do not aspire to receive momentary profit, they more competent strategists.
If to speak about management qualities the special difference is not present, qualities, knowledge and skills of the concrete person are important. The man or the woman not important, the only thing, varies style of dialogue.
Certainly, it concerns first of all, women – top-managers. At linear managers or managers of an average link of the weaker sex it is possible to note an emotionality as a lack, but women on top positions are deprived it, differently they simply would not reach such tops.
Advantages in business are not present at anybody, initially all are in equal conditions and women and men, further all depends on the person. There is a number of rare positions/areas where on a habit or owing to other reasons of the woman are very badly perceived, but for today it is faster an exception.
Men remain men – they are more loyal to the heads-women, than representatives of the weaker sex. Interestingly, and than it is connected? With female observation, intuition, or simply women are more attentive, are emotional and «live in more details», i.e. in any trifles, than men more are interested? The question without the answer, and is more true with their huge quantity.
And what women-heads concerning the abilities, the place in business think? What problems put, and what problems solve? That such to be the woman-head, who the best managers – men or women - and why, we talked to Natalia Kasperskoj, the general director of the company "Kaspersky's Laboratory".
E-xecutive: There is a popular belief, that women the best managers, than men. Whether so it in your opinion, and why?
Natalia Kasperskaja:Ne I think, that it so. For management rigidity which is usually unusual for women is necessary. Besides, management means the cold approach to decision-making, that besides with some difficulty to women as they are more emotional.
E-xecutive: In what kinds of business / administrative functions there are advantages at men, and in what at women?
Н.К.: I would tell, that women are good that demands scrupulousness, accuracy and attentiveness. It is better than the man in inventing of any new ideas, technical realisation, creation of schemes and the system approach.
E-xecutive: whether position of women-topov in the West and in Russia Differs? If yes, than?
Н.К.: yes, we have more than women-managers, and censures that to women is difficult to make the way, less. I do not know, with what it is connected – can, that men live a little, or they are more passive. In the West for some reason very much like to exaggerate a problem of insufficient quantity of women-managers, though, in my opinion, a problem just return. Not it is not enough managers, and women who want and get children, mothers having many children. Here the European nations, especially in the developed countries – Germany, France, here also grow old and cut down grants and grants, increase a pension age. Because the working woman and its career ambitions is a direct reason of low birth rate.
In my opinion, Europe not about топах should think, and about housewives – how to return women in the house, in a family.
E-xecutive: Scientists-nejrofiziologi have proved, that process of thinking at men and women is distinguished. And meanwhile, in the West, and not only, there is an opinion, that in work there should be no difference between floors. Whether you consider such position productive?
Н.К.: thinking process is obviously distinguished. And opinion on absence of a difference between floors obviously defectively. It was thought up by silly feminists (by the way, all feminists by definition silly since the clever person will not struggle for equality of that is not equal).
E-xecutive: whether you sometime Felt advantage because, what you the woman, in various situations in business?
Н.К.: certainly. In IT business, and in business in general it is less than women, therefore I am easier for remembering. Very often the person approaches to me: «Natalia, we met at such conference!», and at conference there were crowds of identical men – unless all of them will be remembered. :)
But or potentially interesting clients I, of course, remember partners in business. :)
E-xecutive: And on the contrary: when and in what situations, to you it was difficult, because you the woman, instead of the man?
Н.К.: more difficult in inventing new, in ordering available – at me not so system thinking. Rigidity sometimes does not suffice... But, in general, it, more likely, properties of my character. There are after all rigid women and men-rags so I would not begin to carry it unequivocally to floor problems.
E-xecutive: What gender structure of your company?
Н.К.: programmers, analysts, technical managers – almost all men (99 %). Experts in marketing, sellers, technical support – approximately fifty-fifty. And accounts department and secretary – entirely women. Among top-menedzhementa too, basically, men.
E-xecutive: whether Occupies you how the head, a question of gender balance, whether you think of it?
Н.К.: as a rule, does not occupy. There are rare cases when hiring of the head of a certain floor can bring turmoil in department then it is necessary to choose someone defined, but it is rare. So happens, when employ the head to the concrete person. If it the man occurrence of the woman over itself can apprehend painfully. Or if heads work in a sheaf. The sheaf the man-woman or the man-man works better, than a sheaf the woman-woman, in which thicket there are conflicts. But I repeat are rare cases. In my practice there were 2 or 3 times.
E-xecutive: If to present, what in the company there were only men or only women, whether you begin to correct purposefully this situation?
Н.К.: yes, certainly. The man's collective will become loose, will start to use obscene expressions, will cease to watch itself and behind a workplace. Though the last is afforded sometimes also by ladies. Besides there can be problems with alcohol. In the female squabbles, conflicts, insults and tears will inevitably begin. There should be a balance. At us in the company a parity about the such: 65 % of men and 35 % of women.
E-xecutive: you mark What holidays in the company? What do you think of celebrating 14, on February, 23rd, on March, 8th?
Н.К.: I consider, that holidays should be less. Our country yet has not achieved such high economic indicators that weeks to have a rest. Especially I am am irritated with a New Year's vacation – and it is not necessary to people, and employers incur losses. As though to inform this point of view to our government?
About the specified holidays … I have cancelled celebrating on February, 23rd I do not see the reason why this day it is necessary not to work. On February, 14th I consider as the western invention, and on March, 8th... Well, on March, 8th, perhaps, it is possible and to leave. Though usually this day I go to business trip on Цебит.
Corporate holidays at us two – New year and company Birthday. New year is marked in any concert hall, restaurant or circus, and birthday usually on the nature (it at us in July).
