On the average in day (for 3-4 receptions) it is possible to eat nearby 500-750 г meat, fish or cottage cheese, to 6 eggs, 1-1,5 litres of kefir, about 1 kg of fruit or vegetables, nearby 300-400 г (weight in a dry condition) If it for you is not enough fig. – the volume can be increased a little (in reasonable limits).
• the Optimum variant is alternation of more "full" (with rice, vegetables or meat) and "hungrier" (eggs and kefir) days.

Forget about starvation!
If about New year of time remains a little, and the desire to leave superfluous kgs is insuperable, there is a big temptation simply to cease to eat. But that's it it in no event to do it is impossible! Certainly, to grow thin you – will grow thin, but in a case with starvation the most important is a process of an exit of it.
