First, he has got used to be guided by someone's estimations – aspires “to build a facade” to the business instead of considering money and to operate from within. The criticism of possible business partners, potential clients and other "especially clever" persons confuses him. After all he has got used to trust authorities, to read classics, to go on meetings and to refer to sources.

Council here can be only one – to get fundamental education on interesting questions: management, investments, the accounts department, marketing to study experience of successful businessmen. Certainly, putting all it into practice.

But especially valuable quality in business is art of sales. It is difficult to it to understand, that cost of its personal time much more above, than cost of time of its hired workers. For this time he needs to solve serious enough organizational questions including a question of expansion of sale, instead of to practise in intellectual competition to the experts. Besides, it is difficult to it to understand, that quality of given services can and not to be made, however it should satisfy demand completely.

Thirdly, the former hired worker is guided first of all by desire to earn money and thus to feel abrupt and undividedly free, but just it is obviously not enough this desire to construct successful business. The most successful business becomes only when it is really useful and favourable as much as possible to a considerable quantity of people.

And, fourthly, the former hired worker understands concrete firm or the organisation which is engaged in concrete business as a word "business". While business is the ordered set of subjects, the organisations or the people providing constantly accruing monetary stream without your direct participation. If you the expert with the command, independently rendering own services, at you – private practice, instead of business.

So, from the psychological point of view if you have dared to construct own business or private practice, you fairly should answer following questions:

- Whether there is at you an idea concerning you wish to offer what goods and service?

- Whether there are at you the potential clients, ready to buy this service?

- What on it real demand, whether it will decrease, raise?

- Whether there is at you a command of carefully picked up experts in those areas which you interest?

- Whether you possess base knowledge in the field of sales, the finance and investments, the current legislation, management psychology?

- What should you and are ready to invest in your business – quantity of money, quantity of time, personal expenditures of labour?

- And, at last, that you will do, if your service / the goods suddenly start to use mad demand?

Not to everyone allowed to become the magnate and to play in a large way. But to everyone quite on forces to provide to itself inflow of the money resources which are not dependent on weather, a state of health, the whims of the chief varying of political predilections and other complexities of a life … For managed successfully to construct the business once, can construct and the second.
