For an example I will remind a joke about the person who all life wished to become the great writer. In due time one of the American universities carried out research of students at management faculty. 3 % of students chosen in a random way should put during all term of study the purposes definitely. 7. What resources are necessary for me for achievement of this purpose? What is the time you need to devote to this business? What information is necessary to you? What skills to you need to be trained? What personal qualities at you are for this purpose? You can ask what people for suggestions?  

8. What obstacles prevent to reach to you of result right now? What it is possible to make, that them to overcome?

9. The first step (steps)? With what you will begin a way to the purpose? It can be simple from that in the morning to start to run or come at last for work to time? The purpose of this step - to start a chain of events which will lead you to the appointed purpose.

Uniqueness of this method that to you suddenly to become very easily to reach result. You absolutely clearly start to see the purpose and to feel, how come nearer all more close and more close to result.

When I have learnt about this certification of result, I have re-read books of the most known western and Russian businessmen. It has appeared, that all of them put the purposes thus.
Since then on the majority of spent trainings "the result specification" is one of key exercises. The others - are some kind of "resources" for achievement of your purpose.
