Experts assert, that 70 % of new firms stop the activity in a current of the first year. And a principal cause of this phenomenon - absence at their owners of enterprise talent. This talent is considered one of the basic resources of any economy, but only 5-10 % of the population possess it, by different estimations.

Not all people approach for enterprise activity, and the majority of us in a role of the hired worker can achieve much bigger success, than in the business. But how to understand, whether there is at the person a talent of the businessman, and whether it is necessary to it to open the firm?

The reasons on which one businessmen are successful in business, and others - are not present, always caused interest in experts. And after a number of researches they have revealed three groups of factors which appreciably influence result of the future activity of the person, planning to open the business:

  • Business skills;
  • Personal qualities;
  • Ability to bring necessary a victim for the sake of an embodiment of the plan during a life.

What business skills the person should possess to become the successful businessman?

First, high general educational and vocational training.

Secondly, branch experience, and, especially ценны the knowledge of branch got directly ahead of creation of the new enterprise.

Thirdly, experience of supervising work - after all got before quality and the checked up abilities do beginning businessman more prepared concerning the various problems arising at establishment of the new enterprise.

And at last, fifthly, in all areas of economic and professional dialogue with people, whether it be management of the personnel, work in group, negotiations with business partners or relations with the client, the great value for success maintenance has presence of the high social competence. Its basic components are communication abilities, контактность, readiness and ability to resolve conflicts, attention to the partner, feeling of responsibility, emotional stability, motivational abilities, aspiration to be trained, ability to introspection, feeling of justice.

Possessing these qualities, the beginning businessman, as a rule, appears at level of problems rising before it.

As to personal qualities of the businessman among the big set of character traits experts allocate four properties which all successful businessmen possess almost:

  • Requirement for achievements.
  • The initiative.
  • Self-confidence.
  • Knowledge of.

Businessmen as show interrogations of sociologists, to number of the personal lines providing with it effective activity in business, carry the following:

  • Ability quickly to make unexpected decisions;
  • Ability to risk;
  • Communicative advantages;
  • Aggression of character;
  • Intuitive abilities;
  • Ability to work with people;
  • Stability of behavioural and valuable strategy in various situations.

It is interesting, that a part of businessmen consider, that their management of firm is stirred by excessive rigidity, and others to a position, on the contrary, adhered, that their restriction is psychological softness. Sociologists also mark "quiet enough" relation of businessmen to the lacks and high level of a self-estimation. Many of businessmen consider "useful" all qualities, confirming what exactly they form uniqueness of an image and unexpectedly provide a victory.

M.Gerber in the book "the Enterprise which would work" gives very interesting and emotional characteristic of businessmen: "the Person of the businessman transforms the most trivial circumstances into tremendous possibilities. The businessman sees the future. He is a dreamer. It introduces energy in any human activity. The imagination transfers the businessman to the future. It - the catalyst of changes. The businessman lives future, never lives past. The businessman is a creative person who is better copes with uncertainty, tries the future, creates possibilities, designs harmony from chaos.

If the manager builds the house and is installed in it for all life the businessman during the moment when the house is ended, begins to plan the new.

Remember that the core that distinguishes the businessman from the hired employee - a SELF-TRUST based by anything. Simply you all is better also. But thus - упаси you the God to behave HAUGHTILY. NOT HAUGHTILY, and it is confident: benevolently and magnanimously ".

The following group of factors of success of any businessman - its ability to cope with inevitable tests, problems and victims.

Those who has decided to begin the business, should know, that it demands:

  • Exclusive self-discipline and readiness tensely to work unlimited time without hope of immediate reception of incomes;
  • Refusal of holiday and almost a permanent job in the evenings and to the days off;
  • Reductions of time given to a family and personal interests.

So, to any person before to make the decision on opening of the business, it is necessary to analyse the abilities and possibilities seriously. And to define, whether it possesses at least half of the qualities necessary for the businessman. And still it is necessary to think seriously as to become the businessman the decision will affect those who is nearby.
