The basic difference between joint-stock company and Open Company consists that in joint-stock company the authorised capital (i.e. a certain money's worth of responsibility) consists of actions, in Open Company – from shares. The authorised capital. Open Company and Joint-Stock Company makes 100 minimum salaries of work, and Open Society - one thousand minimum salaries.
The founder of Open Company will bear responsibility under credits and other financial affairs only at a rate of the share of the authorised capital, however and the profit will share depending on a share. ИЧП – the most simple form from the point of view of the taxation (at such form it is authorised to legal form to pay not difficultly counted 10-15 taxes, and only 2-3 deductions) and the accounting, however thus all responsibility for enterprise activity lays down exclusively on you and in case of bankruptcy you risk to remain not only without firm, but also without own property.

However do not neglect a simple rule: not to occupy money more than it is necessary. Danger of is great that you will not manage to supervise them.
By the way, not out of place will remember one of «gold rules» any business: search of a good trade channel of the goods and services is much more difficult than process of manufacture of these goods and services. Before to rush in a whirlpool with a head, make the first trial steps – begin with small parties of your goods.
