Stimulation of work of the personnel (material and administrative)
For any company it is very important to work not only with clients, but also with own personnel, after all success of performance of tasks in view directly depends on it. * Gifts on birthday and large holidays (on February, 23rd or on March, 8th, New year) It will be healthy, if the birthday man from a face of the company will be congratulated by one of top-managers.
Directly monetary payments dated for this or that occasion are not less important also. For example, bonuses for an overfulfillment of the plan or percent from sales. To some extent, last measure even is more effective, after all here to the employee the limit in its earnings is not put, and the sum received as a result depends only on its abilities and talent.
