About discrimination of women and a man's sexism at us aloud to speak it is not accepted. However, the most known and successful ladies faced those or its other displays even. Nevertheless, unlike the majority of ladies dissatisfied with own life, successful women consider, that discrimination to a sexual sign - only additional stimulus to achieve the desired objective.

It is considered, as the man, and the woman start to build career approximately in equal conditions and chances of success at them identical. Why then in the higher echelons of power, among top-managers and heads of an average rank so there are not enough women? And those from our girlfriends who has broken, consider the advancement more likely as successful coincidence of circumstances, unexpected chance and are inclined to explain the success words: "So it has turned out"?. Perhaps women are less arrogant? Conclusions of psychologists speak about the return. The woman always searches the partner in life more cleverly, it is more successful, more talented - and it speaks about uncommon female inquiries.

Absolutely the another matter, that to the career the woman concerns a little differently, rather than the man. Career for the woman is first of all personal growth, possibility to be engaged in favourite business, self-realisation. Men understand prestigious and perspective posts as career.
In our society in general there was a belief, that for the present woman of an open-cast mine does not play a life of the big role. That for it the family, children, stability, a cosy life is more important. All it is really important, but not only for the woman, and and for the man too. It is not necessary to dismiss female ambitions. As, as we have found out, they surpass the man's. Though the majority of women consider, that no pleasure from successfully developed career will be compared to that happiness which mothers give small embracing handles.

But we will assume, that the woman has already got a family, children and the cosy house. What further? And further, on Маслоу, there is a question on self-realisation (read: to career). The woman leaves the arranged life on wide open spaces of business and gets in … the rigid man's world. The world where rivalry reigns, struggle, aggression; where, if not you eat, will eat you … Many of the women, got used to warm atmosphere of domesticity, are lost and refuse career. They occupy small performing posts which, as a rule, do not give possibility to be realised neither to creative potential, nor ambitions, do not bring satisfaction in the financial plan. Others, - accept the game rules created by men, and start to conduct with them fierce struggle for a place under the sun. They suffer from imposed by it conditions of business of stereotypes of behaviour, from an impact of man's logic and, combating man's methods, frequently do not consult.

Here we will raise the question: and whether it is necessary to accept these rules? And whether it is necessary to build career by man's ways? Whether it is necessary to the woman to operate as a real man in the man's world, to butt with men in "their" territory? At each lady the arsenal of receptions. Not without reason speak: force of the woman - in its weakness. After all the woman by the nature is arranged differently so also methods, strategy of achievement of the purposes at it should be and will absolutely others.
