The woman and business (in wide understanding of a word, business as that – commercial, public) – a theme for high-grade sociological research on which basis, probably, it is possible to give exact answers to questions why and as. The consulting company «Grant Торнтон» looks at the Russian women even more optimistically, their interrogations show, that in Russia among the top management of firms or the companies almost 70 % of women, hardly there are less than women-chiefs on Philippines – 65 %, and close a three of the USA. Americans who can hold supervising posts, only 60 %. In other countries of women-heads not so it is a lot of. Least them in Japan – 8 %, report. The reasons for that experts see a little: this absence of experience in a business management, an exception of women of informal community of colleagues-men, and also stereotypes and biases which prevent to be to representatives of the weaker sex leaders on a workplace. As we see, Russia has already practically gone through this "illness". According to researches, in the country with 2000 for 2005 the number of the women taking in the lead positions in management, has grown twice. At the same time the number of men-managers remains without changes.

It is possible to assume, that for the woman the secret of success in business consists in getting man's character traits – not only for mutual understanding with men, but also for achievement of those results which are necessary for a recognition of its professional advantages. We will recollect at least Olga Dergunovoj's history. Corporate culture Microsoft – competitive, aggressive, that is "man's". Hardly in headquarters would dare to appoint the Russian woman the head of representation if have not been convinced of its ability to accept corporate style. But as in the business world the person is really estimated on ability to reach the purposes, to earn money, to make profit finally for a business management it becomes unimportant – the man or the woman supervises over the company.

Today the increasing number of the serious researches spent in various branches, testifies: the results reached by women-heads, are estimated above, than results of men-heads. So today should not cause surprise that fact, that some heads, choosing at hiring for supervising work between equal candidates on qualification man's and female, prefer the woman because are assured: the woman will make work better.

According to the advisers, those employees who feels care of the chiefs or receives from them encouragement, as a rule, perform work qualitatively. And heads of the higher echelon, able to extinguish conflict situations, achieve the best results. The business trainer, the author and the co-ordinator of the project «and tactics of sales» Dmitry Norka (Moscow) notices Strategy, that women work so many years, but their behaviour is frequently underestimated, as their intentions happen misunderstood. We will tell, the woman-head, who spends time to talk to the employee who has passed meeting, can be perceived simply as the pleasant person. And comes to to nobody mind, that thereby she tries to be convinced of, whether it is enough at the personnel of the information for acceptance of the important decision. Its business acts are not visible, as employees quite often explain its behaviour only kindness.

Meanwhile women-businessmen change today the face of the Russian economy – the experts who are engaged in researches of gender aspects of the Russian business speak.

All last decade in Russia constantly increases number of the commercial enterprises belonging to women. Now they head almost 8 million small enterprises. Besides women twice more often, than men, create the new companies. The basis for opening of own business for women is the internal requirement to be realised, aspiration to self-expression more often.

More and more women today occupy supervising posts in those spheres which are considered primordially man's, and, notice, work not less, and even it is more successful, than their colleagues-men. It not the consequence of that has appeared recently more clever, высокообразованных and independent women, – them always was much. Simply today there are more than possibilities to realise this potential. The doctor of sociological sciences, the professor of chair of management and organizational development of Academy of national economy at the government of the Russian Federation Nina Pavlova considers as the personnel, that all depends on the woman: «Looking it to herself puts what purpose – if to it conveniently to be mum and completely to devote to a family, it too its choice. All as a result depends on the person, from sphere of its interests and the purposes in a life».

According to Ekaterina Sobchik, man's receptions are pertinent for women with corresponding character. It is more expedient to another to use the richest potential measured by the nature, and – to create, search, think. Women well adapt in management thanks to ability to build personal relations, the intuition with which help find the same decision of a problem to which the man will come through analytics.
